Adding a Destination to Your Form

Destinations are how you set up where you want your data to go after submitting a form.

Once you have saved your forms and exited the designer, you will be redirected to your form's summary page.

From here you can click the "New Destination Button" above your current Destinations. The example below has a Device Magic Database Destination and PDF to Email Destination already set up.

If you would like to access your form's destinations directly from your list of Forms, click the linked number under the Destination's column to the right of your form name. This number is based on the number of Destinations your form has. You can also click on the settings button on the right hand side of your form row and click on "Destinations".

Note: 2 Destinations are automatically created every time you create a form. It is the Device Magic Transport Destination and a PDF Email Destination. The device Magic Transport Destination sends a copy of all submissions to that specific form's web store.

Device Magic's Mobile Forms is a store-and-forward platform. We don't aggregate your data - instead we rely on 3rd parties or other technologies.

Once you have clicked on either option and accessed your Destinations, you can add, edit and remove Destinations.

Now you will be redirected to a screen where you can choose how and where your data needs to be sent to.

After you have selected your Destination option, more steps will be provided to complete the setup.

Lastly, all you need to do is click the "Create Destination" button at the bottom of the page.
