What is sold on the Glassblock Marketplace?

Our Marketplace will sell any type of asset represented by a blockchain record, or NFT from artwork, to in-game items, to books, music, or even ESG assets like carbon offsets. On Glassblock you'll find everything from LitPets, Lit Chests, art, eBooks, gifs, videos, and more.

When I make a purchase where does the NFT go?

Once the order is complete, payment is made and the order is fulfilled, your NFT asset will automatically be sent to your DevvX wallet. To access your DevvX wallet, you can log in here: https://devvx.glassblock.io/login

How long does it take to process a payment made with crypto?

Unlike paying credit cards where merchants must obtain payment credentials in order to charge a customer, cryptocurrencies are more like digital cash and rely on the customer explicitly sending money to the merchant.
After creating a charge, Coinbase Commerce will continuously monitor each blockchain network for payment. Since cryptocurrencies are push payments, we set an expiration time for the charge which is currently 1 hour after the creation date. If the customer does not make a payment within that timeframe, we consider the charge to be expired. Don't worry, you will receive an email as soon as your order is complete.

Can I sell my NFTs on the Glassblock Marketplace?

Yes! We have a GlassBlock Seller's Marketplace and you can currently sell any NFTs that you currently own in your DevvX Wallet. To log in or sign up as a seller go here: https://seller.glassblock.io/

How long do items remain in my cart?

Once you hit the "Purchase" button, you have two hours to complete the check-out process. If you go back or exit the items may no longer be available.

Can I pay with a credit card instead?

Yes, we support payments with VISA® and MasterCard® via our Circle credit card partner.

What is DevvPay?

DevvPay is a method of payment that supports Heptals. Heptals are the in-game currency for Litcraft Nysperience. Earn Heptals through play-to-earn activities and use them to purchase items on the Marketplace.

What is Coinbase Commerce (sometimes listed as simply "Coinbase")?

Coinbase Commerce is an enterprise digital payment service offered by cryptocurrency exchange and wallet service Coinbase. The service allows you to accept payments in Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Dogecoin, USD Coin, and Litecoin.

What items can’t be purchased with DevvPay?

The GlassBlock Marketplace excludes some items from being purchased with Heptals. If you have an item in your cart that can’t be purchased with Heptals, the DevvPay payment method will be greyed out until that item is removed. Items excluded from DevvPay include LitPet Chest, Land and Land Chest, Heptal Bundles, and Art for A Cause.

I have an item in my cart, but the Credit Card and Pay with Crypto payment buttons are greyed out.

If the Credit Card and Crypto Payment options are disabled, that means that the total balance in your cart is too low. The minimum amount to pay with Credit Card or Crypto on GlassBlock is $5 or more. Please add more items to your cart to see more payment options.

I only see DevvPay as a payment method.

If you have items in your cart below $5, the only payment option available is DevvPay. Add more items to your cart to see more payment options.

How do I make a return?

Unable to log in?

If you are having trouble logging into your account, you can click on the "Unable to log in" button on the log in page and you will be navigated to devv-id.main.devvio.com Once you get to the main devvio client page, you'll need to click on login again in the top right-hand corner and click on "can't log in" and then follow the steps to reset your password.

Trouble adding more of the same item to your cart?

For example: If you have added 1 item to your cart and you want to add another of the same item (and the dropdown is showing more quantities of that item available), simply remove the item that is already in your cart and go back and add QTY "2" instead. Whatever number is selected from the dropdown will be the total quantity in your cart.
