DexCloud is a decentralized cloud storage system where files are encrypted using a specific technology, split into fragments, and stored across DexNode devices.
IMPORTANT ⚠️ All site functionality works correctly in Google Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers.
📝Registration
Instructions for Registering in DexCloud
Go to the link: https://app.dexnet.cloud/auth/register.
Enter your email.
Create and enter a password.
Re-enter the password for confirmation.
Enter an invitation code ( It's a DexID. Private gives 20% off, public gives 10% off ).
Check the box to agree to the terms of use.
Click "Register".
You will receive an email—click the link in the email. (If you didn’t receive the email, check your Spam folder.)
📦Choosing a Pricing Plan
Select the pricing plan that suits you. Note: The free plan is available for 30 days. Next, you need to save your seed phrase. IMPORTANT ⚠️ Save the seed phrase separately. If you lose it, you won’t be able to recover access to your files.
The next step is to enter the saved seed phrase.
The File Manager will open.
💳Plan Payment
You can change your plan at any time and purchase a plan with more gigabytes. Open the Profile menu.
Click on "Upgrade"
Select a plan
Select a payment method
Add funds
☁️Uploading a File to the Cloud
In the File Manager, click the "+ Add" button.
Upload a file
Select a file and upload it to the cloud.
NOTE:
Drag & Drop is not available for uploading files. All files must be uploaded via the + Upload button.
Files must be uploaded one at a time—uploading a folder or a list of files is not possible due to file encryption.
📥Download a file from the cloud
Right-click on the file you want to download.
Select the destination folder for the file.

You can perform standard actions with files, such as:
Delete
Rename
Copy
Select multiple files
Note ⚠️ File preview is unavailable for security reasons, as the files are encrypted and stored in decentralized storage.

If you don’t have the recommended Google Chrome browser, you can download the DexCLOUD app for Windows or macOS from your DexCloud account dashboard or via the links below:

Download the DexCLOUD app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enter your email.
A one-time code will be sent to the specified email. Enter it.
Next, your mnemonic phrase will appear. Be sure to save it in a safe place, as it provides access to your files in the cloud.
Next, you can choose a suitable plan.
By clicking the "Apply DexID" button, you can enter a DexID (Private gives a 20% discount, Public gives a 10% discount). When paying with DEXNET tokens, an additional 20% discount applies.
💳Tariff Payment
At any time, you can change your plan and purchase a plan with a larger amount of gigabytes.
Select the payment method.
2. Deposit funds to the specified wallet and click “Check Status.”
☁️Uploading a file to the cloud
In the File Manager, click the “+” Add button.
Select the file type and upload it to the cloud.
Note:
Files must be uploaded one at a time; it is not possible to upload a folder or a list of files due to file encryption.
📥 Download a file from the cloud
Click on the file you want to download.
Click the "Download to Downloads" button.
A long press on a file opens a menu where you can perform various actions with files:
Rename
Copy
Select multiple files
Delete
By clicking on the "Account" button, you can view up-to-date information, including your email, and once again view and save your mnemonic phrase.
💬 Answers to popular questions
❓ Why is the file downloading slowly?
The download speed depends on your internet connection. Also, some files may take a little longer to process due to data encryption for security.
❓ Is there a limit to the number of files I can download?
No, there is no limit on the number of files. You can upload any number of files - they will be processed one by one.
❓ Is there a file preview?
For security reasons, file preview is only available in the mobile apps.
❓ Can I upload files via Drag & Drop?
Drag & Drop is not supported at this time. Please use the “+ Upload” button to add files.
❓ What happens if I exceed the data limit?
If you are using, for example, a free plan with a 20 GB limit, and you try to upload data beyond this limit (e.g. 25 GB), the system will display an error window. The additional files will not be downloaded.
❓ What happens to my files if I don't renew?
If you have a free plan and do not renew before the expiration date, all files on DexCLOUD will be deleted with no possibility of recovery 3 days after the expiration date.
If you had a paid plan and did not renew it in time, you will have 30 days after the end of the plan to pay for the renewal.If payment is not received within this period - all files will also be deleted without recovery.
