Welcome to Dezygn! This guide shows you how to leverage the platform to create and manage your visual content efficiently.


1. Create a Brand

Begin by establishing your brand identity within the platform.

Options: Import from a website URL or create manually.

Website Import Process:

  • Provide a URL of a local business

  • System analyzes and extracts: business name, industry, target audience

  • Automatically picks up brand colors (primary, secondary, background)

Review & Use: After import, review the extracted details. Edit if needed, or use as is.

2. Create a Campaign

Organize your designs by creating specific campaigns.

Purpose: Separate different design projects (e.g., "Black Friday," "Summer," "Father's Day")

Process: Click the plus sign next to your brand in the list

Custom Instructions: Add campaign-specific instructions that affect your designs
Example: "Summer campaign should feature people wearing t-shirts with sun and sea"

3. Create a Design (Image)

Generate visual content directly within your selected campaign.

Process: Describe the image you want
Example: "An image of a client in a barber chair outside on the beach viewed from the back"

Brand Integration: Platform automatically uses your defined brand colors in the generated image

4. Use Ingredients (Reference Images)

Incorporate existing assets or reference images to guide creation.

What are Ingredients? Assets like logos or images you upload for use in designs

Upload: Click "add ingredients" button

Combine:

  • Select ingredients to use (e.g., image + logo)

  • Provide integration instructions: "Put my logo on the back of this man"

  • Attach up to 4 reference images at once

  • Alternative: Use Unsplash integration for stock images

Processing Time: 40 seconds to 1 minute

5. Animate Visuals

Transform static images into dynamic animations.

Process:

  1. Click the visual to animate

  2. Click "animate" button

  3. Describe desired animation: "Animate the waves in the sea"

Processing Time: 1-2 minutes

Output: Video button appears at bottom of visual for playback

6. Use Quick Actions (Quick Reply)

Make rapid modifications using predefined commands.

Access: Click "quick reply"

Example Commands:

  • "Make it square" - Change dimensions

  • "Edit image" β†’ "Make the sky more blue" - Modify existing elements

  • Add or remove text from designs

7. View Gallery

Access all campaign images in one centralized location.

Process: Open gallery from within campaign interface

8. Share Designs

Efficiently distribute completed designs for review and feedback.

Process: Click share button

Sharing Options:

  • Select specific assets (video, static image)

  • Add captions: "Number 1 is the video, number 2 is the static image for social media"

  • Enable feedback from recipients

  • Apply watermark (configure in settings)

Share Link: Generated unique link allows clients to:

  • Review assets

  • Leave comments directly

  • Download files

  • View your captions

Embed: Copy provided code to embed share page directly on your website


Getting Started

Step 1: Sign up at chat.dezygn.com

Step 2: Choose your plan (Freelancer or Agency)

Step 3: Create your first brand and start designing
