How to set up the Affiliate Manager Workflow Actions and Trigger?
Navigate to the Automation section, select Workflows, and click "Create Workflow."
Choose "Start from Scratch" and create a new workflow if you don't have an existing one.
The Affiliate Created Workflow Trigger
Click "Add New Workflow Trigger" and search "Affiliate Created." Select the corresponding trigger option.
This workflow trigger will be activated when an affiliate is created within the specified sub-account.
Add to Affiliate Manager
This workflow step adds a contact to the Affiliates list in the Affiliate Manager, assigning them an active status by default.
Update Affiliate
This workflow step allows you to update the affiliate's status as either active or inactive. The supported options are:
Mark as Active
Mark as Inactive
Add to Affiliate Campaign
This workflow step adds an affiliate to a campaign within the Affiliate Manager's Campaigns tab. You can select the desired Affiliate Campaign from a dropdown menu.
Remove from Affiliate Campaign
This workflow step removes an affiliate from a specific campaign. You can select the campaign from a dropdown menu to indicate which campaign the affiliate should be removed from.
