We've implemented a new security measure to improve deliverability and protect your brand reputation. You'll now need to verify your "From" email address before launching a campaign. This helps ensure your emails reach the inbox and prevents others from using your address without permission.
In certain cases, email verification is not required:
Custom domains provided under LC email.
Location admin email present in settings.
How to Verify Your Email
Navigate to the email marketing section and create a campaign.
Enter the email address you wish to verify in the sender email field.
Click on the "Verify Now" option.
Check your email for an OTP (One-Time Password) and enter the 6-digit OTP.
Once the OTP is entered, your email address is verified and can be used for future campaigns.
Additionally, this can also be done through the settings page, by clicking on "Verify an email"
