Does DialLink really provide unlimited calls and messages in the US and Canada?
DialLink includes unlimited calls and messages within the US and Canada. However, this usage is subject to our fair use policy.
Unlimited plans are designed for typical business use, and usage levels are monitored. Usage that significantly exceeds normal patterns may be adjusted. For more details, refer to our usage policy.
How are calls and messages to phone numbers registered outside of the US and Canada charged?

You can search by country to view rates for calling and messaging within a country and to that country. Rates may vary depending on:
the destination country,
the type of communication (calls or messages),
the carrier being called, and
the country you’re calling from.
Are calls within countries outside the US and Canada included in my DialLink subscription?
No. Calls and SMS within countries outside the US and Canada are not included in your DialLink subscription and are billed as metered usage.
For example, a call placed from a German phone number to another German phone number is billed separately based on the applicable per-minute rate and the call duration.
