Dealing with Ring groups

This feature is ideal for teams to handle collective calls and manage shared communication tasks. The following units can benefit from using this feature:

  • Support team
Ring group helps manage customer inquiries effectively by allowing multiple agents to respond to calls. For example, a customer service team may use a ring group to manage their hotline. When a customer calls, the phone rings for all team members until someone answers.

  • Sales team
Using the ring group, they can manage a high volume of incoming leads and keep the entire team informed through shared call data.
