Messages tab overview

The Conversations tab provides a centralized view of all conversations across your account. Click Conversations in the top menu to access the tab.

Chat list and filtering

In the center, you'll see a list of recent message threads. Use the left panel to group conversations by number assignment, such as personal numbers, call queues, and auto-receptionists.

Use the search bar above the conversation list to quickly locate certain threads by phone numbers.

Apply filters (e.g., Read / Unread) to focus on specific types of conversations.

Chat entry

Each conversation entry displays the contact’s name or number, a message preview, and a timestamp of the latest message.

Click any entry to open the full conversation.

Chat details

Clicking on a conversation opens the full message history in the right panel. From there, you can:

  • Scroll through past messages

  • View timestamps

  • Send a new message as a reply

Tip. Click the Save as contact button to add unknown senders to your contact list.
