Before starting business messaging

Updated over a week ago

Register your number for business messaging

If you plan to send business messages from a U.S. phone number, you must complete A2P 10DLC registration.

This registration is required by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon, to reduce spam and protect consumers from fraudulent messaging.

Review messaging compliance requirements

There are strict regulations in the U.S. regarding the types of content that can be sent via SMS. Before sending business messages:

Understand message pricing

Business SMS messaging within the U.S. and Canada is included and unlimited* on all subscription plans: Essential, Professional, and Enterprise.
