Claude Desktop supports adding custom MCP servers. To start using DialLink with Claude, you need to manually add the DialLink MCP Server. Once connected, Claude can place calls, check their status, or access contacts through secure API requests in the background.
This guide walks you through installing Claude Desktop, adding the DialLink MCP Server, and verifying that the connection works.
Before you begin
Plan requirement: A Claude Pro plan or higher is required to use custom connectors. Free plans do not support this feature.
If you want more details about custom connectors in Claude, see the Claude documentation: Getting Started with Custom Connectors Using Remote MCP.
