Connecting DialLink MCP Server to Claude Desktop

Updated this week

Claude Desktop supports adding custom MCP servers. To start using DialLink with Claude, you need to manually add the DialLink MCP Server. Once connected, Claude can place calls, check their status, or access contacts through secure API requests in the background.

This guide walks you through installing Claude Desktop, adding the DialLink MCP Server, and verifying that the connection works.

Before you begin

Step 1. Download and install Claude Desktop

  1. Download and install the desktop version for your operating system.

  2. Launch Claude Desktop after installation is complete.

  3. Sign in with your account to activate the app.

Step 2. Configure DialLink MCP Server settings

  1. In Claude Desktop, open the Search and tools menu.

  2. Click Manage connectors > Add custom connector.

  3. Enter a name and the server address:
    https://us-1.api.diallink.dev/v1/mcp/sse

  4. Click Add.

  5. Click Connect to log in with your DialLink account.

Step 4. Log in to DialLink

After clicking Connect, a DialLink login window will appear. Enter your DialLink account credentials. Claude Desktop will automatically restart once the login is complete.

Step 5. Confirm connection

Open the Search and tools menu again. The DialLink MCP Server should now appear in the list of connectors. Make sure it is enabled.

All done! Claude can now interact with your DialLink account through the MCP Server.
