Caller identity and branding features require a verified business identity. Because trial accounts are not verified, these features are unavailable until you upgrade to a paid plan and complete business verification.
Trust profile
A Trust profile allows businesses to unlock advanced messaging and caller ID features (such as A2P 10DLC and branded calling). Once your Trust profile and A2P registration are approved, you can send SMS to US/CA recipients and set Caller ID name (CNAM).
βTrial: not available in trial.
After upgrade: available on all plans. You can submit your company details to create a Trust profile. Once approved, your account can use verified messaging and caller identity services.
CNAM (Caller ID name)
CNAM lets verified businesses display a company name on outbound calls, where supported by carriers.
Trial: not available in trial.
After upgrade: available on all plans. You can create a Trust profile and assign a Caller ID name to your numbers. Once configured, your business name will be displayed on outbound calls where carrier support is available.
Branded calling
Branded calling extends caller ID by adding a verified display name, logo, and call reason to outbound calls. This feature helps increase customer trust and answer rates.
Trial: not available in trial.
After upgrade: available on Professional and Enterprise plans. You can set up branded calling after completing business verification (Trust profile) and passing carrier checks. Once configured, your verified name, logo, and call reason will be displayed on outbound calls where supported by carriers.
