If you don’t want your trial to automatically convert into a paid subscription, you can cancel it anytime before the trial ends.
You can return to DialLink anytime and restart your subscription without losing your setup — users, numbers, and settings will remain saved for a short retention period.
How to cancel
Go to Settings > Subscriptions.
In the Cancel subscription section, click Cancel.
Confirm the cancellation.
Once canceled, your trial will stay active until the end of the trial period. After that, your workspace and data will be kept for a short time in case you decide to upgrade later.
