Allow microphone and headset access in the web app

When you open DialLink in your browser for the first time, you’ll be asked to allow access to your microphone and speakers (or headset). These permissions are required so you can make and receive calls directly in the web app.

Click Allow when your browser shows the permission prompt: it usually appears near the address bar.

Why it matters

Without access to your microphone or speakers, you won’t be able to hear or speak during a call. Once permissions are granted, the browser will remember your choice for future sessions.

If you ever need to change it later

You can review or update permissions anytime in your browser settings:

After changing permissions, refresh the DialLink tab to apply updates.
