After you submit your A2P 10DLC registration, US carriers review the information you provided. During this process, your application can have one of several statuses.
This article explains what each status means and what to do next.
Where to check your registration status
You can track the status of your A2P 10DLC registration directly in DialLink:
Go to Settings > Trust.
Check the current registration status.
The status is updated automatically as carriers review your application.
Registration statuses
Pending
Pending means your registration has been submitted and is currently under review by US carriers. What to know:
This is a normal status after submission.
Review times may vary depending on the carrier workload.
No action is required while the status is Pending.
While your application is pending:
Messaging to US numbers may be limited or unavailable.
CNAM is not enabled.
Note. If your status remains Pending for an extended period, this does not necessarily indicate a problem.
Approved
Approved means your registration was successfully accepted by US carriers.
Once approved:
SMS and MMS messaging to US phone numbers is enabled.
Messaging delivery reliability improves.
You can proceed with CNAM enablement for outbound US calls.
Messaging limits and available features depend on whether you registered as a business with an EIN or as a sole proprietor.

If your application is rejected:
Open Settings > Trust in DialLink.
Correct the required information.
Resubmit the registration.
Note. A resubmission fee may apply. See details: A2P 10DLC registration fees
