🚨If you believe that your credit card has been stolen and used on your DialMe account without your consent, please send us a copy of the police report or a signed theft declaration, along with a confirmation of the block placed on your credit card. A sworn statement alone will not be accepted.

Without these documents, we will be unable to process your refund.

⚠️ In cases of fraud or attempted fraud by a user (such as using a stolen credit card or fraudulently disputing a payment), DialMe will forward the case to its legal department and initiate a series of debt recovery measures. The case will be reported to the user's bank, along with all relevant information (IP addresses, postal address, payment details used, email address, phone number, and all interactions with the Creators). The case will also be passed to a bailiff, who will issue a formal demand to the individual involved.
