  • 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.

  • 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday

Please note that your organisation may offer 24/7 coverage. To determine if you are eligible, log into your Dialogue account and check under Profile -> Coverage.

Our care team remains available on public holidays.

Exception: On December 25th and January 1st, the schedule is: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for all members.
