Thanks to this page, you can get access to all of your feedback. You can analyze which kind of feedback you have received thanks to the following icons:
🎧 Headset = Buyer Interview
📄 Sheet of Paper = Buyer Survey
👥 People Icon = Sales or CSM Survey
You can get access to the deal's feedback page by clicking on the name of the deal. More info about feedback page here.
You can also filter by use cases, close date, amount, deal owner, feedback channel and any other CRM fields.
Here’s how to interpret the icons:
If there’s a number next to an icon (e.g., 1), it means you have 1 or more feedback responses collected.
A red cross indicates that no feedback has been received for that deal.
If the icon is blue, it means the feedback collection process is still ongoing.
If the icon is grey, it means that there is no feedback request on this deal.
These changes will help you quickly assess the status of your data collection, ensuring you stay on top of your feedback efforts.
How to use the "Summarize with AI" tool?
Select up to 50 deals then click on "Summarize with AI" and generate the summary of the interview analysis.
Once you have generated it, you can find the history of your previous interviews summaries.
