Manage which sending emails you use to collect feedback (recommended)

You can connect your Gmail account to our system, allowing feedback requests to be sent directly from your own email address.

We recommend to use this option as it could have a big impact in participation rate!

Here’s how it works:

Step 1 : Simply connect your Gmail account – it’s a quick, secure setup

Go to Settings, then "Sending configuration", then click on "+ Connect new email"

Then, you can select whether you want the email to be active or not, meaning that you will be able to select it or not during your feedback campaigns. To do so, switch the button associated to the email in the "Status" column. Blue means "active" and grey means "inactive".

Step 2: Once this is done, don’t forget to connect this email address to your existing campaigns.

To do so:

  • Open the left side menu and click on Feedback campaigns

  • Select the campaign in which you want to apply your Gmail

  • On Sending email address, select Connected email and save your campaign

Once connected, all feedback requests will be sent from your email address, making them more recognizable and trusted by recipients.

You don’t have to worry about managing responses – we’ll handle that for you, while respecting your privacy and security. We won’t have access to your email account, and everything else stays the same.
