If you do not receive any response to your query via the chatbot, which may happen, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following email address:

Our team responds to all chats, but you may not receive a reply if you are not logged in to your Diggers account when you send us a chat for example. If you send us an email, it will be easier to follow up the conversation.

We are active from Monday to Friday, from 9.30am to 6 pm Paris time. Kindly note that we are unavailable during weekends.
