Can I restrict the final approval of a loan based on the loan amount and whether a credit officer is authorized to approve up to that limit?

Currently, you can restrict final approval based on loan amount using Status Rules (which let you set a condition that must pass for an application to enter a status) and User Role using the permissions discussed here.
