Can documents be linked to tasks (ex., we request an additional statement from a customer because the one supplied is not suitable)?

Yes, documents can be linked to Tasks. A Task can include general task details as well as data fields and documents related to the Task and comments made regarding the Task. Documents are typically uploaded to our system via a Borrower Portal, DigiFi’s user interface (which allows uploads), by the Borrower (you can send a secure link from our system) or pushed via API from another system.
