New DigiFi accounts include three default permission groups: User, Admin and Owner. You can rename these groups, create custom permission groups and assign users to specific groups to manage team access. Moreover, you can decide which permission groups have access to each section of the platform, which can edit application data in certain application statuses, which can move applications to certain application statuses and which have access to read/edit specific data fields.

Please note that the default "Owner" group cannot be deleted or renamed, and this group always has global access. This role should only be assigned to people that need to add or edit team members, view billing information or access developer tools.
