When a borrower on a standard borrower portal is trying to apply for an application, he receives the message saying "You are not eligible to apply at this time". How can this be resolved?

There is an "Allow Borrowers To Re-Apply After" parameter that is set to 30 days by default. In order to allow you borrowers to apply, please do the following:
1. Go to Borrower Portal Setup > Portal Settings > General Settings.
2. Click "Edit General Settings".
3. Change value "Allow Borrowers To Re-Apply After" to 0.
This will allow your borrowers to apply immediately, otherwise its "borrower lock" feature enabled.
