Tracking your feature inspections in DigiQuatics is an excellent way of maintaining an easily searchable and trackable database of inspections across all of your account locations, facilities, pools, or parks.
Once you have finished adding your Locations, Pools, and Slides in your Account Settings, creating your own custom slide inspection form is super easy.
Start by creating your first slide inspection form under your Account Settings -> Feature Inspections.
Click Edit next to the Location/Pool, and associated Slide that you want to create or edit the slide inspection form for.
Once opened, Digiquatics automatically populates the default inspection form with (23) industry-standard slide inspections tasks, however you can add or remove any of these by clicking Remove Task to the right of any task.
At the bottom of this list, you can also add as many custom fields as you'd like. You simply click Add Task and enter the details associated details. Save at the bottom of the form.
Now, to submit a new slide inspection - navigate to your to your Feature Inspections page, located under the Maintenance tab.
Here you can click Add to add a new slide inspection form, select the Location and slide, complete the form, click "I certify that all items have been inspected" and then Save.
A trailing history of all submitted slide inspections can be found on your Slide Inspections page, where they can also be searched, filtered and exported. You can also review the status of the inspection and if it has been fully completed.
