The Gift Box app will allow you to add up to 10 gifts, for which you can set different criteria that the customers need to meet in order to get them. Once your customers meet the criteria, the gifts will be added to their order. However, you might or might not want to award all of the gifts at once.
There is an easy way where you can choose if your customers get all gifts for which they have met the required thresholds, or if your customers get only the one gift with the highest threshold that has been met.
To do so, you need to follow the next steps:
Open the Gift Box application from your store's Shopify admin.
Click on the Settings button.
Scroll down to the Gift & Threshold Settings section. From there, you select the option you want to apply to your customers.
Don’t forget to click the Save button.
