When several gift offers or threshold tiers are active, you can decide whether customers receive every gift they qualify for or only the gift from the highest threshold met.
Options
Customer gets all gifts which meet the required thresholds
Customer gets only one gift which meets highest required threshold
Example
If you have gifts at $50 and $100:
Customer gets all gifts which meet the required thresholds: a $100 order gets both gifts.
Customer gets only one gift which meets highest required threshold: a $100 order gets just the $100-tier gift.
How to set it up
Open the Gift Box app in your Shopify admin.
Go to Settings.
In Gift & Condition Settings, choose:
Customer gets all gifts which met required thresholds, or
Customer gets only one gift which meets highest required threshold.
Click Save.
