Four simple steps to check if your Candy Rack pop-up is not working (showing).

If you don't see your Candy Rack upsell pop-up, please follow these steps:

  1. First, make sure your offer is active by going to the Dashboard. Find your offer in the Upsells Overview list and make sure the upsell status is set to Active (i.e., green color). If the status is set to Paused, go to the upsell details and click on Activate.

  2. If this won't help, go to your offer's settings by clicking on it in the Upsells Overview. Please scroll down to the Targeting section and ensure it's set up correctly. To trigger the offer for all products, select All Products.

  3. If you have seen the pop-up in the past but it stopped suddenly working, try to reinstall the app, especially if you have done any theme changes/updates recently. All your upsells, analytics and custom settings will prevail, so you won't lose any data during reinstallation.

  4. If you still don't see it, please contact us using the in-app chat, and we will be happy to take a look and help you. The compatibility with some third-party apps like page builders often requires manual action from our end.
