If you don’t see your Candy Rack upsell pop-up, please follow these steps:

  1. First of all, make sure your offer is active by going to the Dashboard. Find your offer in the Upsells Overview list and make sure the upsell status is set to Active (i.e., green color). If the status is set to Paused, go to the upsell details and click on Activate.

  2. If this won’t help, go to your offer's settings by clicking on it in the Upsells Overview. Please scroll down to the Targeting section and make sure it’s set up correctly. To trigger the offer for all products, select All Products.

  3. If you have seen the pop-up in the past but it stopped suddenly working, try to reinstall the app. Especially if you have done any theme changes/updates recently. All your upsells, analytics, and custom settings will prevail so that you won’t lose any data during the reinstall.

  4. If you still don’t see it, please get in touch with us using the in-app chat, and we will be happy to take a look and help you. The compatibility with some third-party apps like page builders often requires manual action from our end.
