If you change or modify the variants of a targeted product of an upsell created using Candy Rack, the variant ID or product ID will change too. This might cause the app to lose the link to the targeted product and not recognize the variant IDs.
These changes may not be automatically transferred to the app causing it to stop working. Unfortunately, we are unable to read the changed variant IDs or product IDs after the upsell is set up.
In cases where you did some changes on the variants of a targeted product, simply reupload the product in the upsell to update the details.
