There are four types of free gifts that you can offer with Gift Box - Free Product, Free Product Choice, Free Shipping and Custom Offer.
Free Product: Offer customers with a free item from your product catalog when they spend a specific amount or purchase a specific product.
Free Product Choice: This option allows customers to choose one gift from a selection of multiple products when they spend a specific amount or purchase a specific product.
Free Shipping: Encourage customers to spend more by offering free shipping when they have reached a specific amount.
⚠️ Please note that you also need to set up free shipping by navigating to Settings » Shipping and Delivery » Choose a Shipping Profile / Create a new Shipping profile » Add Rate. Enter the Minimum Order Price and set the rate at 0 for free shipping.
Custom Free Gift (Extra Service): Offer any free custom service to customers who spend a specific amount or purchase a specific product.
