Export
Existing upsell offers can be exported from the store in the form of a CSV sheet. All details related to the upsell configuration are available in this sheet.
Note: currently the export can only be requested from the support team. In the near future it will be possible to download it directly from within the app.
Import
In case you need to upload a lot of upsell offers and setting them up manually is too time-consuming for you, import via CSV template is a great solution for you.
Anything that can be configured in the app can be uploaded using the CSV template.
Note: in order for the app to be able to upload the products from your product catalogue it needs its product id's and variant id's to be specified in the template. In the near future it will also be possible to upload the products to the app using SKU's or product handles, stay tuned!
