The Loyal app analyzes all your orders up to 10 years back and puts the customers into 6 different segments. The segments are based on so-called RFM Analysis (Recency, Frequency. Monetary). For each store, the segmentation is unique depending on the behavior of the customer base.
When the segmentation is done, the segment lists of customers can be downloaded as CSV files to be used in marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook, or Klaviyo. It's also possible to tag users directly in Shopify.
It's recommended to run the analysis at least once a month.
