When you install and launch the Loyal application, it loads and analyzes all your orders and customers from the last ten years. We need to process the customer data to our servers to run the analysis. Below is a list of all the customers' data we process.

This data is securely stored on Heroku (a Salesforce.com, Inc. company) servers. We do not share this data with any third-party company.
If you remove loyal from your Shopify store, we delete all your customers' data within 48 hours.
