Does the Zásilkovna (Packeta) app know that the order should be Cash on Delivery (Dobírka)?
If you use cash on delivery payments on your store, our app automatically sends this information to Zasilkovna with info about the order.
The only thing you need to do is name the payment method with some widely used terms, like: "Cash on Delivery", "Dobírka", "Dobierka", "Platba v hotovosti" etc.

Is the Zásilkovna (Packeta) app automatically marking orders as "paid"?
Yes, however, you need to have the advanced plan of our app, so we will be able to check if your customer already received the parcel from Zasilkovna.
Then, once your customer receives the parcel from a courier or from a pick-up point, the order in Shopify will mark the order as "paid".
