Why does my Zasilkovna (Packeta) widget show only Czech and Slovak pick-up points?

Zasilkovna has over 7,727 pick-up points across Europe (of which 5,538 are in the Czech Republic). They also offer a wide range of 91,000+ external pick-up points.

Is your API key correct?

Check if the API key, that you typed into the settings in our app is correct, please.

If it's not correct Zasilkovna can't check which pick-up points are allowed in your Zasilkovna admin.

Did you choose which countries to show on the map?

Firstly, check out the Zasilkovna admin - branch settings and choose which countries you want on the map.

Did you allow external pick-up points?

If you want to send parcels to pick-up points provided by external partners such as Hermes, Collisimo, Bartolini, etc. you need to allow external pickup points in your Zasilkovna admin on this link.

Give it a few moments

Sometimes it takes even a few minutes for new settings to load into the pick-up point map.

Disabling Z-box Delivery

In your Packeta admin, you can also disable delivery to Z-boxes. This option is available in the same settings area where you enable allowed countries and third-party carriers.

When you disable Z-box delivery, the Z-boxes will appear grayed out on the pick-up point map, making them unavailable for selection.

This ensures customers see only the pick-up points you want to offer.
