Zasilkovna requires sending order weight with every parcel imported to their system via either API or CSV.
To ensure this, the Zasilkovna connector app sums all the product variant weights in order and sends the information to the Zasilkovna admin.
Check if you added weight to every product variant
The most common issue is that the weight was added only to one variant per product, thinking that the weight stands for all the variants within one product, but Shopify needs to have weight for every variant.
How to edit variant weight in Shopify
Set the variants' weight in the product detail
You can edit variant weight in the product detail like on the screenshots below:
After you opened settings for a specific variant, you need to add the weight for each and every one of them.
Set the variants' weight in the bulk editor
Go to the "Products" section in Shopify
Mark products that you want to edit
Click on "Edit products"
Click on "Add fields" and select "Weight"
Fill in weights for specific variants
Don't forget to click on "Save" after you finish editing
