Why the app may load slowly
Fast Mode is a setting in the Digismoothie Gift Box that accelerates its loading time, allowing it to load alongside your store instead of after the entire page has fully loaded. Enabling it ensures a faster and smoother shopping experience by minimizing latency and integrating the app seamlessly.
By default, Gift Box loads after the entire page has fully loaded. This prevents the app from slowing other elements of your store.
On stores with heavier content, this default timing can cause the app to load too late, potentially leading to missed opportunities to add free gifts to orders.
Without Fast Mode, the app may not validate free gift eligibility in time if a customer moves quickly to checkout. This could result in non-eligible gifts being retained in the cart. Fast Mode prevents this by ensuring the validation happens promptly.
