In the Form Editor, navigate to the form you would like to copy either the embed code the public link. Click on the three dot menu (top right) and click Sharing options from the drop down.

You will then be presented with the two options for this form.

Copy the Public link to a button from your website

If you want to email a link (url) to your form, or display the link on your website (instead of embedding the form), select the Copy link button under the Public link section shown below.

You can also edit the Public link here by select the edit pencil on the right of the link.

Copy the form embed code

You can easily embed your enquiry or event forms on a page of your website from the same location as mentioned above. Scroll below the copy Public link section to see and copy the embed code for that form.

Once you have copied the embed code, this can be pasted onto a page within your website. Please contact your website administrator if you need help with this.

An embed code is short code usually in HTML language for users to copy and paste into a website. Once the code is added to the relevant page on your website it will sit flush with the rest of your site design.

Any changes made to the form do not impact the embed code and the code does not need to be changed.
