We recommend exploring our Help Center first if you have a general question. Simply type in some keywords to browse through suggested articles.

If you still need help, you can:

Need Help with Platform Functionality or Bug?

If you experience an issue or notice that a feature is not working as expected, please let us know by submitting a ticket under “Report a Bug/Error Message.”

Providing these details helps our team track, investigate, and resolve the problem efficiently so we can restore functionality as quickly as possible.

When submitting a ticket, try to include as many details as possible—screenshots or videos are especially helpful. We recommend using Vidyard or Loom to record videos demonstrating the issue.

Review Your Open Tickets

You can review all your open tickets and check their status by going to the 'Tickets' tab in the Digitail platform.


Share an Idea or Feedback (Feature Requests)

We have received so much valuable feedback from our clinics. Thank you for sharing your ideas with us. Our team is actively reviewing requests as we consider new submissions for our product roadmap.

At this time, we have temporarily paused Feature Request submissions while we catch up on all your wonderful ideas.

If you would still like to share feedback, you can reach out to our Support team through our regular support chat and request to speak with an agent. Once connected, please share:

• What use case or pain point are you trying to solve
• Where in the platform you would ideally like this feature to live
• How you would expect the feature to work
• Whether you have seen or used a similar feature in another software, and any examples or screenshots you can share
• How often would you use a feature like this

A Support agent will review the details and submit a feature request on behalf of your clinic.
