We’re excited to share the latest updates to the DAS Rural Platform! This release introduces several new features and enhancements to streamline your workflow and improve your overall experience. Here’s what’s new:
1. Rating Valuation Data now present in Appraisal Reports (NZ Only): Users in New Zealand can now access Rating Valuation data directly within Appraisal Reports. Additionally, a new text field has been added to the report’s editing Overview section, allowing users to add comments alongside the Rating Valuation data for a more comprehensive and customizable report.
The example below demonstrates how the Rating Valuation information will appear on the final report.
2. Custom Fields on Custom Farm Tooltips: Hovering over a custom farm now displays the custom fields, making it easier to access and visualize critical information at a glance.
3. Improved Sales Editing for Real Estate Suite Users: Users with the Real Estate Suite now have enhanced functionality for editing sales data:
Access sale information by simply clicking on a Sales card.
Alternatively, select "Edit" from the dropdown menu on the Sales card to open the sales information panel on the right-hand side.
These updates make managing sales information easier and more intuitive, saving time and effort in your workflow.
4. Updated Frost Risk and Annual Rainfall Tooltips: The Frost Risk and Annual Rainfall tooltips have been refreshed to include the latest year of data (updated from 2023 to 2024), ensuring you have access to the most up-to-date information for decision-making.
5. Improvements on the building functionality while building with the sales layer activated. You can now seamlessly select parcels or land areas highlighted by the Sales Layer while in Build Mode. Previously, the Sales Layer needed to be deactivated to select parcels, but this enhancement streamlines the process for a smoother workflow.
