Overview

DAS Property Reports allow users to customize the information displayed by toggling specific data sections on or off. This ensures only the most relevant insights are included in the final report. Below is a step-by-step guide on how to manage data sections within a Property Report.

Step 1: Select Your Custom Farm

Before generating a report, choose the farm you want to base the report on. There are three ways to do this:

  • From the Map: Navigate to the desired farm and click on it.

  • From the Custom Farms Tab: Select an existing farm from the Custom Farms tab.

  • Create a New Farm: Use the Build Mode feature to define a new custom farm. (Refer to [How to Build a Custom Farm] for more details.)

Once selected, the left-hand interface will appear. Navigate to the Reports Tab, click Create New Report, and select Property Report.

Note: Reports are saved to your account and can be accessed or modified later. If the boundaries of a custom farm are changed, a new report must be created to reflect those updates.

Step 2: Customize Your Property Report

Upon entering the report builder, you will see multiple sections. Only the Overview, Nearby Sales, and Structures sections allow manual input, while all other sections can be toggled on or off.

To include or exclude a section:

  1. Locate the section in the Property Report menu.

  2. Click the checkbox next to the section name to enable or disable it.

  3. Adjust the included data as needed.

Step 3: Preview Your Report

At any time, click Preview Report at the bottom of the screen to generate a real-time preview. This opens a new tab or pop-out window with the formatted report, allowing you to review the selected sections before finalizing.

By utilizing these toggling options, users can create customized reports tailored to their specific needs, ensuring relevant property insights are effectively communicated.
