The following panel will automatically appear on the right-hand side.

You can customize all sections within the report, by clicking on the arrow on the right.

Overview:
You may choose to add a client ID, Property Name and Property Description.

​Comparable seats:
Here there are 3 options to add other similar properties to compare within your report.

​Manually add sales:
Hold the alt (windows) or option (IOS) key down and click a property on the map to see its sales. Find an approved sale (or add a custom sale) and click "Add Comparable".

Another way to achieve this is to head to the layers tab and turn on appraisals in work layers. Once you do this, you will see these icons on your screen that symbolise pre-created sale analysis within your platform. Use the alt/option key and click to add to your report.

If you are wanting to refine your search you can use the filter icon.

Copy from an existing appraisal:

To find the other appraisals within the working area, head to the layers icon and turn on the appraisals layer only. Hovering over the appraisals icon to see information regarding the creation date, area, and market value. To use this companies’ sales analysis, hold the alt or option key down and click and all the properties will import to your report.

Improvements:

Using the auto-add structures DAS will detect any roofed building (or concrete slab) over 40 square meters and add them to the improvements with guesses of the category.

Within the structures tab, you can add more detail as required.

Down the bottom of each structure, you can add your own photo if desired. To do so, click manage photos which will take you to the option to upload your own.

If you need to add a structure that the DAS Software hasn’t identified, scroll to the far right. From here you see ‘place structure’. Once you click that click on the map to add where it is located. If you need more help with placing structure, see the article here.

Chattels:
Manually add in the enter any other property items included in the sale. You can add the category type, value of the chattel and a comment.

Valuations:
DAS will auto-populate the different land types found on the property and the area, all can be either deleted or changed if required. The until value (ha), will need to be added.

Production:
Manually populate both livestock and cropping production value.

Once you are happy with the report you can preview it before clicking generate report. This will create a PDF version that will be emailed to you.
