Overview

Filters and Colours are tools that control the map visuals. Filters control what you see on the map, whereas Colours control how you see it.

To turn on/off the Sales Layer, you can click the Sales icon in the Layer Button.

To turn on/off the Filters & Colours menu, you can click the button next to the search bar. This menu will also automatically open when finding comparative properties during the valuation process.

To switch between the Filters and Colours tools, click on their respective tab buttons at the top of the menu. See below for more information on how to use each of these tools.

Filters

Filters are controlled via the green sliders (click at either end and drag to set a new value), or via the text boxes at either end of the sliders (click on a box and type new values). You can also add more filters by clicking the "Click to Add Filter" button and selecting an attribute from the drop-down options:

When filters are set, the map will change to reflect the properties that match those filters:

In the example above, three filters are set - one for Area, one for Last Sale Price and one for Primary Land Use. Correspondingly, the map has highlighted the properties which match those filters - properties between 140 and 710 hectares in area, with the last sale price of between $200,000 and $3,100,000, and with a land area primarily dedicated to cereal crops.
