The DAS Property Reports are a great way to get a deeper understanding of a property using rich data sources.
This allows you to understand the property in greater detail leading to better customer conversations.
The property report has amazing data including:
Number of buildings on a property and detailed information about each building
Mapping of land use, slope, soil type and remnant vegetation
Information on both the potential crop yield and potential carrying capacity of the farm
Information on the remote sensed actual growing productivity of the farm over the last 17 years
Sales history of the property since 2007.
โYou can access a report in a few easy steps:
Go to https://map.dasintel.io/login and use your login details.
Search for a property. You can do this easily in the search bar at the top right-hand side of the page. Check out this article about searching for a property for further assistance.
Once you have found the property, click on it. If you need to create a custom property, there is a guide here.
Once you have the property, you can see all the data in the left-hand column.
Click the 'Report' button on top of the left-hand column and then on 'New Report' as shown in the picture below.
This will open a property report on the right-hand side of the screen. You can edit data where a ">" is visible. The other sections are static. If you have extra data points, you can upload them in the available fields. Don't worry, this data will be saved in your report only.
You can add Nearby sales by turning on the sales layer approved sales pins and sales filter. By hovering over a coloured sale you will get the basic information e.g. date of sale, price etc. Ensure that there is then a approved sale on the property, Then by holding down your alt key and left clicking on a approved sale pin you will be able to add to your property report. The video at the end of the article, shows you this process from start to finish.
You can simply remove near-by sales by clicking the 'X' at the right of the sale ticket in the report.
At the bottom of the report panel, you have the ability to preview your work. If you are happy with how it is looking click 'Generate Report' and a PDF version of the report will be emailed to you within minutes.
You can retrieve and edit your report by navigating to your work folder which is the little briefcase icon located at the top left-hand corner of the screen. Make sure to click on the reports section within your work folder and not the Custom Farm section.
