If you are happy with the price listed hit Approve. You can also add more details to the sale by clicking on the tri-dots and then Edit.

On the right hand side the sale analysis will appear. Click on > and fill in as desired.

Once you have finished hit the x on the top right hand side of the analysis.

Tip: You will not need to save the sales analysis, however please make sure that you hit tab on the section you finish on to make sure its saved.
