To create a custom sale on a property go to the sales tab within the location bar.

Click Add. This will create a custom sale box below.

Hit the tri-dots and edit.

On the right hand side the Sale Analysis will appear. Click on > and fill in as desired.

Once you have finished hit the x on the top right hand side of the analysis.

Tip: You will not need to save the sales analysis, however please make sure that you hit tab on the section you finish on to make sure its saved.
