How to Add Multiple Properties to One Report?

DAS allows you to build custom farms that span multiple parcels or land areas, ensuring an accurate representation of your customer’s properties. Follow these steps to include multiple properties in a single report.

Step 1: Select Your Starting Property

  • Click on the Map – Left-click on the desired property.

  • Use the Search Bar – Located in the top-right (🔍 icon), you can search by:

    • Address (Google Maps-style search)

    • GNAF (Geocoded National Address File)

    • Parcel ID (Registered land sections)

    • Latitude/Longitude (Exact coordinates)

    • DAS Property ID (Found in the Overview tab)

Once selected, the property boundary will highlight in yellow, and its details will appear in the Overview tab.

Step 2: Enter Building Mode

  • Click the Build button in the top-left of the Overview tab to activate Building Mode.

Step 3: Add Additional Properties

To expand your custom farm:
Hold Shift + Left Click on additional parcels or land areas to include them.
✅ Selected areas will highlight in green, confirming they’ve been added.
✅ Use the Select/Deselect All option to speed up large selections.

Toggle between Land Area / Ratable Property View (entire property) and Parcel View / Title View (individual lots) for better customization.

Step 4: Save & Name Your Custom Farm

  • Click Save Property once all required areas are selected.

  • Assign a farm name, client ID, and custom fields if needed.

  • The farm will be stored in the Custom Farms folder for easy access.

Step 5: Generate Your Report

  • Navigate to the Reports Tab and click Create New Report. Click on your desired Report Type

  • Customize the report sections, then Generate your final report.

📌 Note: Reports provide a snapshot of data at the time of creation and do not update automatically with new land boundaries. If you need to add additional properties later, you must create a new report.

For Appraisal and Insurance Reports, a Copy Report feature (found in the three-dot menu at the top right of the report card) allows you to duplicate a report. This retains all manually entered data and images while generating a new snapshot that includes updated custom farm boundaries.
