Editing reports in DAS is possible for Property Reports, Insurance Reports, and Appraisal Reports. However, One Click Reports cannot be edited, as they are generated instantly and not saved in the system.
Locating a Report for Editing
There are two ways to find and access a previously created report:
Through the Reports Folder
Directly via the Custom Farm
Once you've located your report, you can edit manually entered data, including property details, structure information, and images.
However, report boundaries cannot be changed. If boundary updates are needed, a new report must be generated, as reports capture a snapshot in time based on the custom farm's boundaries at creation.
Updating Reports with New Boundaries
If you need an updated report reflecting changes in boundary selection:
Property Reports: A new report must be created from scratch.
Insurance & Appraisal Reports: You can use the Copy & Update feature. This retains all manually entered data, structures, and images while making a duplicate report with an updated report including the latest DAS data based on the new boundaries.
Option 1: Accessing Reports via the Reports Folder
1. Open the Reports Folder
Located on the left-hand side of the DAS interface.
The Reports Folder icon resembles a folder with leaf imagery.
Hover over UI icons to see tooltips that describe their functions.
2. Search or Filter Reports
Reports are listed from newest to oldest by default.
Use the search and filter options to quickly locate older reports.
Click the filter button in the top-right corner of the Reports Folder interface to refine results.
3. Select and Open the Report
Click on the report card to open it. The report will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Make Edits

Changes are saved automatically.
Option 2: Accessing Reports via the Custom Farm
Enable the Custom Farm Layer
To view your saved farms on the map, ensure the Custom Farm Layer is enabled.
The Layers button is located in the top-right corner of the DAS interface, just below the magnifying glass icon.

Mouse Wheel Up/Down to zoom in and out.
Left-Click and Drag to move your view.
By default, custom farms have a pink boundary outline. However, if statuses are enabled, the boundary may have a custom color reflecting a CRM tag assigned to the property.
Alternatively, use the search function (magnifying glass icon) and enter the property address to quickly find the farm.
Once located, left-click on the farm to open the Overview Tab on the left-hand side of the interface.
Open the Reports Tab
Once the farm is selected, the left-hand panel will appear.
Navigate to the Reports tab to see all reports linked to that farm.
Select and Edit the Report
Click on the report title to open and modify it.
Any changes will be automatically saved.
Alternative: Use the Custom Farm Folder
The Custom Farm Folder (located above the Reports Folder) provides another way to access reports.
Click on a farm card to open its details, similar to selecting a farm on the map.
Then Navigate to the Report Tab and Select your Report Card of the report you wish to edit.
By following these steps, you can efficiently locate and edit reports while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in DAS. If you require further assistance, reach out via the Help button in the bottom left of the interface.
