First, you should start editing your Excel document to make sure that the spreadsheet heading is labelled correctly for the easiest upload and saved as a .csv file.

1.Log into the DAS Rural Platform as an administrator.
2. Click Profile > Account Settings > Batch Import
3. Click Choose File, and select the data (.csv) file.
4. Skip over the CSV Delimiter section (the comma is already prefilled)
5. Next, go down the list of section and let the system know the heading names which indicates:
Batch Import Section | Excel_Upload_Header_Name (no spaces) | Represented in DAS |
Farm Name column name | Farm_Name | Farm Name |
CRM Id column name | CRM_ID or Farm_Name (if there is no difference) | CRM ID |
Latitude column name | g_latitude | Latitude of a point within the Farm |
Longitude column name | g_longitude | Longitude of a point within the Farm |
Address column name | g_address | Address of Farm |
*Note either lat/lon must be completed or the address column. |

6. Run Upload
7. The run can be monitored at the bottom of the import screen as seen below.

β8. Farm created_by in DAS will be the user that runs the import and the custom fields can be located in the overview tab of a property.
