We’re excited to announce that our latest update is now live! This update brings several key enhancements to make your experience with DAS Rural more efficient and user-friendly

What’s New?

Image Gallery Filters for Reports
You can now filter the Report Structures Gallery based on photo assignments, allowing for more efficient management of large photo collections. The new filtering options include:

  • All

  • Unassigned (photos not assigned to a structure)

  • Assigned (photos assigned to a structure)



Enhanced Appraisal Report Functionality
We’ve added an ‘Add All Comparable Sales’ button to Appraisal Report cards in the Custom Farms or Work Panel. This feature allows you to easily add all selected comparable sales to the current Appraisal Report, even if Appraisal Pins are not visible.



Expanded Access to Key Features

  • Copy and Update Structures: You can now copy an existing report and update its structures based on the latest building data and custom farm boundaries. If new farms or cadastres are added to the original custom farm that a report is attached to, this feature allows you to duplicate the report and retain your progress, making it easy to add information about the newly added farms without starting from scratch.


  • Automatic Photo Assignment: We’ve made it easier than ever to organize your photos by automatically assigning them to the correct structures based on geolocation data.

    When you take a photo of a structure out in the field with geolocation data enabled, our system will automatically read the location data from the photo and match it to the corresponding building in the structures list. This saves you time and effort by eliminating the need to manually sort and attach photos, ensuring that all your images are accurately linked to the correct structures in your reports.
