GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Please always use royalty-free images.

  • The recommended sizes for images are in pixels.

  • Ratio = ratio in pixels height / width.

  • If you're adding music to your video, make sure it's royalty-free. If it isn't, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google may delete your post or even suspend your account.

  • The extensions (.mp4, .mov, .pdf...) of your file name must be entered in lower case.

  • The weight of doc, pdf, xls, pdf documents is limited to 100 MB.

  • Since editing a media (email, instagram post etc), only content from the media library already in the right formats for the chosen media, will be offered. If a piece of content is not available at the time of editing a post even though it is present in the media library, this means that it does not respect the correct format for the chosen media. We invite you to rework it.

  • There are many tools you can use to resize your images. This one, for example, directly offers you formats suitable for the various social networks: resizing via Adobe. If you work on a Mac, you can follow these instructions.

  • A video cannot be edited for reworking once imported. Instead, you will be able to replace it with a new video previously reworked in a third-party editing tool such as Adobe (free), Kapwing (free in English), Playplay (in French).

  • To share a file in .ai format, compress it into a .zip file before importing it into the media library. This will allow the file to be exported and kept in .ai format; otherwise, the media library will convert it to PDF.
